My personal experience with the hospice was very impressive. From my first phone call to the hospice then a home visit followed quickly, putting all my personal details on record, advising what service I can have and put that into action efficiently. Regular phone calls to reassure.

This comment is not a criticism. When I missed their call I try to call back but never reach the person. This reflects how busy you are!

We had a very good experience with my mum's care at the end of her life. Staff were unbelievably outstanding and went the extra mile, and accommodating making the process easier. We are forever grateful

When all agencies/departments were involved. experience of the service was positive

Getting information from other agencies/departments much sooner so that palliative care service becomes involved a lot earlier (eg with IPF in an ageing pensioner, info could be sent from GP/A&E, Consultants as a "heads up")
